Two invented service journeys. The first hides a pointer-only menu and reports a vague booking failure. The repaired version supports the keyboard and describes the simulated handoff honestly. No real availability is checked and no booking is created.

Use Tab: the menu trigger cannot receive focus. A pointer can open it.
